    AR15 receiver parts kit

Going to build a Ar15, Have the lower stripped, wondering if there is any special or important to look for in the parts kit?
Also what would you build on it?

the anderson lpk's are decent too, complete or you can get them minus the fire control group and grip if you are inclined to replace them anyways.

If you can get tool steel parts rather the MIM, that'll be great but a tad expensive.

brstevns, you won't have a hard time finding a "Mil Spec" set of basic parts in just about anybody's selection. Then comes the fun when you upgrade with a better trigger group, ambi safety, etc, etc. Of course you may or may not get the stock with your first LPK, but I would suggest not... you will have more fun picking out the stock of your choice, and besides, almost all of us have a basic "stock" stock or two laying around.

I'm resisting the impulse to start another AR-15 build since I haven't been shooting the last one I built, but since Palmetto Arms has introduced a "Virginia-15" stripped lower, I'm having a hard time ignoring it, but a hard time justifying it as well. Decisions, decisions...
