The title pretty much says it all. Photobucket used to be ok, but is less than gratifying to use lately. Uploading photos on my laptop seems to take ages, is instant on the phone, but it tends to upload everything off my phone then tell me photos aren't appropriate or exceed my free limit. I regularly go through and delete a swag of photos which is annoying.
I just went to upload a photo and it said uploading one of four photos, three that I did not wish to share, Grrrrrr!

I haven't made a transition to a new photo hoster yet...but I basically quit using PB because they have blurred all my photos.
I started a thread in a quest to decide which hoster to switch to, maybe there is some info in it, that will help you out?

Google cloud. If you take a picture with your smart phone, that picture will go to the cloud whether you want it to or not, so you may as well make use of it.
I use imgur and I have no complaints. It's free, fairly easy.
