Maybe a Ranch Dog, looks like a skinny version of the TLC339-200-RF.

Lee goes through numbers like tissue paper. It could be a custom but with a number like that it may not be. Cast some and be sure of your dimensions. Looks like a smaller 9mm tl mold.
