Convert firestar 9mm barrel to .357 sig?

I have a Star Firestar that I bought originally in 40 S&W, but found a 9 mm slide assembly which works perfectly, making for a neat dual caliber package. What I was pondering was whether I could re-chamber a 9 mm barrel and fit it to the 40 slide to give me a "Three-fer." I have had a hankering for a .357 Sig for some time now, but can't see my way clear to buying another gun now.
If this would be do-able on the cheap (barrel plus reamer) it would make a neat project. What say ye?

Yes, and use the 40 S&W Magazine

You have the old Firestar, yes ?

I was not aware of the fact that there is a "new" Firestar." How do you tell them apart? I'm pretty sure mine is the "Old" made-in-Spain, in the 90's model, but I've learned never to be sure when it comes to cars or firearms.
