    Crunchy Pork Belly..

    well, we're going to have a crunchy Pork Belly with a cranberry topping for Thanksgiving rather than Turkey or ham..
    wife saw an episode on the Hallmark channel that had them cook a pork belly and she went out and got a good one to cook in the morning.... sounds good... love bacon.. we'll see.....

    Well, having only used the Momofuku pork belly recipe (which I wouldn't call "crunchy") I can only say.....it IS pork belly so it should be difficult to impossible to go wrong. I hope it comes out outstanding.

    Oh, It WAS Great..... it was a bit crunchy, but with tangy cranberry topping, it was superb.
