    410 slug in full choke

Here is a link for a mold for a slug that is for different ga. s and this one show for 10 ga but say they have it in 410 . I was wonder would it work in a full chock barrel. That would not give problems they say they are out of Canada . https://www.ebay.com/itm/10GA-wad-cu...4AAOSwPM9ZfCm1

try https://tatvcanada.com for the same molds, you can also go to the russian savarog site but you have to deal with customs.

I would be very careful shooting any slug out of a full chock barrel

ebay links i think are verboten so you might want to capture a photo for reference instead of using that link

I bought one of the russian savarog molds in 12 ga. Delivered right to my door. I did have to sign for it. No hassle with customs.

I don't know about sabot type slugs but Foster type will not harm FC guns. Although they generally don't shoot well out of FC guns 410s seem to be the exception. I cut off. 410 FC Moss and D&Ted and mounted scope. Gun would shoot 1.5" at 50yds. I wrote it of to having choke cut off. Because of this gun two more guys wanted 410 slug guns made for their kids. One was a Stevens BA and the other another Moss pump. They wanted me to scope them and not cut barrel. The FC Moss shot as well as cut off job, so did the Stevens. Since I've done at least a dozen 410s and all shot Foster slugs in FC well. If in doubt mic slug & sabot/ collar and check ID of bore at muzzel. I do know of a couple 1100 20g guns than were damaged firing Rem Copper Solids through FCs.

My browning gold 10 gauge shoots the tightest groups with a screwed in full choke and federal one and 7/8oz factory slugs. I make sure to check my choke tube every shot or two to make sure it hasn’t loosened up. I also shoot number four in my 12 gauge Beretta with a .680 diameter goblin thunder choke and can put 5 to 6 pellets consistently in a 5 inch circle at 65 yards with it. The choke will rattle lose every shot or two though. I’m gonna put some plumbers tape on the threads which will take care of it.

Had nothing else to do, and I couldn't understand why he was talking about those wood blocks we put in front and back of an airplane wheel so it doesn't move, and what that had to do with a .410? My bad.
