Thanks, bishopgrandpa, that’s a fairly late listing with a few missing, but a pretty good reference nonetheless.
The one from OS OK has a few more, but it lacks the small ones.
I’ve still never seen a complete, unabridged list that would have to cover (the few) reused numbers, the different cherries including over- and undersized versions. I fear such a complete reference doesn’t exist.

I have the original poster of the bottom pages. Not a complete list of all but very useful. I have it hanging on the wall for quick reference but run into quite a few not on there.

OL' BUFFALO BULLET MOLD TABLES I found years ago. Printed copy for my casting library and have a shortcut on the desktop for quick what's that again. Not as much info as some, but a Lyman you have to cast a few with your mix to see what it really is dimensional wise.
