    Mixing different Hitek colors

I have been playing around with one color for a few months now, and it is slowly running out. I normally mix 200gr at a time, but just found out that I have only 1 tub of bronze and a few tubs of red copper. Can I mix the 2 colors together without any adverse affects? Would there by any adverse affects mixing any other colors? Wouldn't mind experimenting and coming up with my own unique color.

You can mix colors. It does not affect the coating at all.

Here is TMG Gold with some Zombie Green.

I call it Lime Zombie,my wife says it's the most horrible colour she's ever seen.

Anyone tried to mix K-15 Black and Gold 1035? Black with gold specs in it would be cool if that's the way it turns out!

Your Zombie Green is more of an emerald green, compared to my Zombie Green.

It's part the photo, very hard to get the colours right without daylight - and part the easy bake this time. ZG is quite temp sensitive,it turns dark and then bronze.

Everything in this pic has a bit more light green than in real world.

    Let me try again:

I'd love to see an entire album of your pictures. Your photography skills are amazing, as is your ability to produce an evenly coated boolit. Really great stuff... thanks for sharing it with us.

Thanks for all info. Your bullets have a very different and unique shade to them. I am very keen to try them out and will probably begin with the black and gold.

I know, this looks a lot like slightly overbaked ZG. It turns towards bronze when hot or long bake, grooves turn first. This mix is a bit more olive in the real world.

If the powder is the same type, you get various color shades. If the powders are diff, like HF red & Smokes JD green, you get a mottled affect. They come out sort of camo looking.

This is a discussion of mixing different colors of Hi-Tek, not powder paint.

Kind of like comparing apples and walnuts.
