    30 remington

    Tomorrow is first day of rifle season, can't wait to try my Stevens Hi power in 30 Remington, after waiting waiting for over six months at the gun smiths. Using 170 grain cast from a Lee tumble lube mold

    That is one rifle I have never owned or shot in any cartridge. Shot lots of 30Rem out of #8 & #14s.

    I have owned several 8's and 81's in different calibers and 1 or 2 model 141's My son has an 8 in 25 and 35

    I have a 30 in a Model 14 Rem. You're a lucky man to have the Stevens, I'm always keeping an eye for that one.

    everyone I have looked at have a 4 digit serial number. There is or was a model 430 on gun broker it looked in excellent condition but not worth the price to me.
