Holes for 38 spl will have to be one drill bit size larger for them to have enough wiggle room to line up to speed loader.

Thx RR. We'll see what can be done for more wiggle room.

Tried enlarging holes and the spacing is wrong. Try a speed loader full and you will see. Do not sell any of these they won't work.

Roger, which HKS speedloader model number are you using? All my 38's stopped in and speedloader fit on top of bases, a twist of the knurled knob they locked in. Your speedloader should has a number on the knob. How did you try to enlarge the holes? The only thing we found was it was a little snug pulling the loader out of the block. Please see if you can get me the model HKS your using although if its for the 586,686,581,681 or the GP 100 it should work fine. I'm going to open the holes up a couple of thousands and send you some more blocks.

Above is the link to the video of this speedblock in action. I just shot this
Video 30 minutes or so ago since I saw your post #4 above.

Roger, these are the other two blocks that were cut at the same time as the ones we sent you. We cut four blocks in case ipijohn wanted a set and since we were moving the cnc to the new bldg it would be down for a few weeks we cut all four even though we only had your order for two at the time.

HKS Model 586-A was used to get the spacing hole pattern for the CNC program.

First loaded in this video is factory 357 magnums, the second group were my handloaded 38 specials.

Do you want me to send these back so you can see them? They still will not work on a L frame 686 S&W

Joe, no need to send back. We are going to cut another block with another bit. Will send to you no charge. Let us know if it works. If so, we will cut another to match and send to you. If they still don't fit a full refund will be issued.
