    photo upload problem

    I have not posted here for quite a while. i was trying to upload photos and every time i get upload failed. i must be doing something wrong. any help?

    I download the photo to computer, then open photo with either Paint or Microsoft Picture Manager and do a resize to 50%. You can also rotate if not in the proper orientation. Then save changes.
