    Boolits for a TC 45-70 14"

I have been using the 350 cast for my 14" TC. (45-70) Question, Will it be okay to use a 500 GC in the 14" ????????

If it is the factory barrel the throat may be too short for the 500 gr. I tried some 500 gr jacketed in mine and had to seat them deep. Been thinking about opening the throat but hardly ever shoot over 400 gr.
