I've tried H110/W296 many times in my SBHs and my Marlin 1894. I still get better accuracy with Alliant 2400. 2400 only needs a standard primer, but those graphite-coated ball powders work best with at least a Winchester LP or someone else's magnum LP.
I don't know it possible to burn that much H110 in that short a barrel.
