I don't know the exact size but can tell you that 1/2X20 is way too coarse.
Old enough to know better, young enough to do it anyway!

Apparently somebody will need to. I don’t know where I hid my thread gauges or I’d measure one of mine. I agree with stubshaft that the threads are way finer than 20 tip... I’m guessing more like 28 or 32.

One of my 50 year old ones measures 5/8x32.
32 tpi I have 4 tools and 20 or more heads with duplicates if you need one you don,t have.
