A friend of mine who lives in the Danille ILLinois area is looking for gunsmith who can install a new GI barrel on his 1903a3 rifle The rifle had sat at one shop 3 years with no work being done.
So if you know of a reputable smith within 60 miles or so of Danville ILLinois (east ILL along I-74) please let me know.
