Most anything labeled Cerro is a low melt temp (as in around 200*F) Bismuth alloy. Sometimes has other things like Lead, Tin, Gallium and/or Lead.
A quick test would be to see how quickly and easily it melts. If it melts around 200 degrees you know what you got.

These folks might have an answer on what alloy you have.

This is known as "Bend" alloy:
50% bismuth
26.7% lead
13.3% tin
10% cadmium
CS Alloys Bend 158 (containing Bismuth, Lead, Tin, and Cadmium).
Similar to Wood’s Metal, also known as Lipowitz’s alloy—has a melting temperature of 158 °F (70 °C) and, with a rapid immediate growth max @ .00057" per inch, it is an ideal alloy for model railroading, processing chemicals and plastics, craft applications (especially antique repair) and low-temperature soldering on circuit boards. CS Alloys Bend 158 works great as a heat transfer medium in hot baths or can be melted in a double boiler. It can be used to make filler material for tube bending (specifically tubes up to 1-3/4"), drill jig bushings, internal and external support of delicate machining components, cores for spinning, filament wound mandrel, for fiberglass lamination; embossing and stamping dies.
