    One amp at 230 volts is 230 watts. W=V x A
So the HP= 230/746 or about 1/3 HP.
I agree this is a special application motor as most motors are 1725 rpm.

Small 3-phase motors are commonly rated by torque instead of HP. According to the charts, a 1 HP 3-phase motor running at 500 RPM develops 10.5 ft-lbs of torque. That same motor would develop less than 10 ft-lb at 600 RPM. The motor being discussed here develops 1.0 ft-lb of torque at that RPM. As mentioned earlier, that puts this motor in the neighborhood of 1/10 HP. Is that enough power for the intended use? I don't know.

For the record, power consumed by a 3-phase motor is amps x volts x sq root of 3. [W = AV(sqrt 3)] Three phase stuff gets weird. And you have to know the amps you're using at that instant, not the number on the tag.

Also, the tag on the motor says 208V operation is N/A. That used to be called single-phasing a motor, and typically resulted in a destroyed motor in a matter of minutes if not seconds. Since (also mentioned earlier) you need to be a commercial facility for the power company to run 3-phase to your house, this motor really isn't the best choice for a home project. There are a number of motors on Amazon with worm gear reduction in the $50-75 range (??) that would be a far better choice, and probably with the RPM you want. That same motor could moonlight on a homemade wet tumbler if you're needing a second project.
