been steady smoking for 3 days. Did 50 lbs of summer sausage 25 lbs of snack sticks and 5 pork buts for a party the VVA is having. Taking a break today. Did take out the meat to thaw to do another 50 and 25lbs and to grind about a hundred lbs of burger tommarow then its back to smoking on Monday. Smell of the smoke must really carry because it seems I have company all day long.
