I prefer summer sauage and would never buy a different brand mix then I do now but snack sticks just never did it for me. I give most of them to my son and learning disabled brother who love them. So I figured this year what the heck id mix it up and try something new. I found these on ebay . Fired up the smoker and Did 25 lbs the other day. Used it as is the only exception was I added a 1/2 cup brown sugar and a tablespoon of garlic powder. They turned out great. Hands down the best snacks sticks ive tried. I like them so much I ordered another 25 lb kit to make some for myself. By the way I smoked an 8lb slab of pork but at the same time and made some pulled pork. Sure beats my cheating method of doing it in the pressure cooker with liquid smoke. I know guys. I should be shot for even admitting I do something as heinous as that!

Thanks for the tip, I make jerky with a jerky shooter and it has the round nozzle too, been trying different brands of seasoning as well, and will give this one a try too. BTW, Amazon has them too on prime, about the same price, more if not on prime though.
