Just ordered lee sizer for 6.5

Hello everyone I’m new here and finally got some time to post. I just ordered a custom lee sizer and was surprised that they didn’t make one for 6.5s. There are several Moulds out there for a 6.5 gas check bullet. I had to get one .268 since both my 96s slugged out .267. It is going to take 6-8 weeks I guess I’ll still have time to get ready all winter for the Military cast bullet match my club puts on in the spring.

    I have ordered custom sizers. A 266 and 268 (which I honed to 269), and a 270.

The best thing I found for sizing dies was the NOE set up. I'm in the process of deciding what mold to get (NOE or Lyman) for my Swede.

Odd thing... I spotted a 243 lee sizer and kept it in mind for years. Then I got a 6.5 jap and a 266469 mold and thought I needed a sizer for it to crimp on the gas checks mostly. I went back to that store and they still had the 243 sizer so I got it and a carbide drill bit because my steel bits would not cut the steel in the die. I ended up after a lot of messing around with a .268 sizer with a slightly out of round hole through it that works ok. But I would have been better off ordering one , sometimes I can't help doing things myself, even when I shouldn't.

Why not use the NOE sizer system?
    Easy and cheap and fast

Retumbo..... What weight is that bullet for the 6.5?
Looks like a NOE design. How does it shoot in your
    Swede?

Not trying to take away from the original post but with all this custom order talk. Has anyone here ever asked Lee to drill the neck out of a full length sizing die to make a body die like Redding sells?
