    I saw that today too. I wish i would known about them sooner, before I dropped 700+ on a new Model 19.

    That price would have been too high a few years ago but it might be OK in today's market for the right example.
    I would want to know which dash number it is and I would really like to be able to examine it before I purchased it.

    On the same web site, Aim Surplus has model 64's for $370, so for $70 more you could get a heavy barrel stainless S&W.
    I guess it just depends on what you want.

    The 4" S&W K-frames chambered in 38 Special are classic revolvers for a good reason. They do a lot of things very well.
