Went down to the pawn shop and they had a weaver M4R metalist. 4 power duplex reticle. At least that's what it appears to be, there are scope rings covering the markings. I can make out medalist, and researched until I found one that looks the same in the bells and turret housings which are unique.
Are they any good? It has some finish wear, they are wanting 20 bucks.

I’m not at all familiar with that model. If it has a steel tube and the optics are clear; $20 is good. If it is a 1” tube aluminum made in Japan Weaver; $20 is still good.
Yup, buy it before you think! Its only 20 bucks, or sell it on flea bay for 59.99!

I believe it was steel tubed. I should have bought it but wasn't sure on what kind it was till I did some research. I couldn't find much on them but found a picture that looked identical to get the model.
