When I order a reamer what do I ask for in the throat, 120 to 140 gr bullets or cast, what should the throat (free bore ) be?
thanks kurt

Unless you order a custom you will receive a SAAMI spec reamer. If you order a custom I recommend PTG since they have no upcharge for custom. Also Dave Kiff the owner can make a better recommendation than I can. To get the best match you will need to know what bullet you are planning on using and what size it will be with your alloy. The other option is to send them a couple of unprimed no powder cases with your bullet seated.

I use standard reamers and if it needs a deeper throat I use a throating reamer.
