Identify odd primer tool - Help needed

Gentlemen,
I am trying to find who the manufacturer of this priming tool is (I need to order a part). I thought it was Frankfort Arsenal but their rep looked at the picture and said it was not theirs. The only marking is on the plastic tray “SmartReloader.” Does anyone know who the manufacturer is?

It's a rip off of the old Lee hand primer.

Smart Reloader is a brand of reloading tools (which makes Lee tools look like Mercedes quality). Low, low, low end cheap copies of existing tools. When they appeared on the reloading scene a few years ago I bought one of their C presses. The press was of such poor quality that I was only able to reload some 38 Specials with much difficulty. The ram to frame fit was extremely sloppy. At top of travel the ram could be pushed around nearly 3/16". The ram felt "gritty" when moving up in the frame. The rest of the parts, linkage bolts, nuts were also a sloppy fit. The slot got the shell holder and the threads for the dies were rough and sloppy. The only thing acceptable about this press was the wooden ball on the end of the handle. I had a yard sale and marked the press for sale for $7.00, I still have it. During this time I read many reports warning of the poor quality of Smart Reloader products on reloading forums most mentioning the poor quality would be detrimental to a new reloader as learning would be like learning to drive in a Yugo with a slipping clutch, poor brakes and only firing on 3 cylinders...
