Unertl or Parsons scope repair recommendations?

I have a Unertl scope that needs a mount repair. Do any of you have any recommendations for a good place for that? Have any of you used Parsons Scope Service in Ohio?

yes, Unertl is long gone. I was hoping to find people with experience getting them repaired and/or people with experience dealing with Parsons. I've been in contact with Parsons, and they can do it. I just wanted to see if there are other options and, in particular, I wanted to see what people's experiences were with dealing with Parsons.

I don't know about Parsons but I had good luck with Iron Sight Inc. They told me up front it would be a long wait and it was almost a year. Mine was an old claw mounted scope for a drilling. Came back nice and clear for 110.00 bucks. Would have been very hard and expensive to replace the scope so for me it was worth the wait.
Sorry I didn't notice you needed a mount repaired. Not sure if the do that. Try http://steveearleproducts.com/scopeblocks.html

Absolutely fascinating article about the Unertl scope company, straight from the horse's mouth. Thanks for posting it. I've saved it to my PC for posterity, and I made it a clickable link above.

I wrote Iron Sight & asked them if they can fix the mounts. I'll also try the Steve Earle Products. Thanks.

I have a Parsons scope which is as good as Unerti and have used Parsons repair for 3 different Unerti scopes over the years.

Serendipitous reply - Back in October, I contacted Outback Arms (Steve Earle Products), who couldn't do it, but recommended Bob Seipp in NJ. I worked with Bob and tomorrow I'm supposed to take delivery on my repaired mounts.
