    smoked meatloaf for supper

    It was really good. The wife put too much Jack Daniels in the sauce, there were tears running down my cheeks when she put it in. She said she couldn't find a better use for it.

    We had a similar incident a while ago with a top shelf bottle (present from the kids) of local Bourbon. Though she used the precise amount required the recipe did involve a significant amount in the bottle. I wept between every bite but consumed every drop, and ensured the plate and pot were thoroughly sopped clean.

    To combat misuse again this there is a less than valuable, but drinkable, bottle of whiskey in front of the good stuff.

    I've never had smoked meatloaf, but I can't imagine it not being fantastic! Yours sure looks good!
