I just saw this earlier today.

I looked at our message traffic. You never committed to purchasing the bullets, only said you were “interested”, and asked about shipping costs at 5:50 on 9/11. You replied the next day (7:40 on 9/12) to tell me you could fit 500 bullets in a PO Box, etc. but still no commitment.

9/14 you responded you were unaware they were listed for sale elsewhere.

9/16 at 1139 you sent me a message saying you were mad, and impugned my integrity, saying I “sold them out from under you”.

Four minutes later, you posted the above note.

I could understand and accept your disappointment, and even your nasty private message, but the above posting was unnecessary and by my way of thinking, inappropriate. As I mentioned to you in my note this morning, it looks like they might be available again, but your actions and demeanor have removed you from consideration for the sale.

Good luck with your search for .35 bullets.

    John,
    What you fail to include...

This began on the Aug 18th when I replied to your offer for 250g bullets. 93 minutes later “What are they spitzer or RN?”

YOU didnt reply till 9/10 THE DAY YOU POSTED THEM
FOR SALE. I requested a TOTAL SHIPPED TO my zip. To this day you still have never provided a cost to me.

If your gonna aire DIRTY LAUNDRY, at least hang the entire load.

If your mad it should be toward yourself. As I said in my PM These would have been on my shelf before September rolled it had you promptly and completely replied.

There was no nasty PM. Sent to you from myself.

    Thanks, Dinny

Just for EVERYONE’s awareness, I’ll wait until the mailman (person) comes Saturday, 21 September to see if the promised payment arrives.

I will update this thread on the status, and close this thread. If no check arrives, I’ll split the bullets between “Stewmagoo” and “Dinny” for free.

They appear to be civil, and nice guys don’t always finish last.
