2 dozen large eggs 1 1/2 c water and 7 mins till you have prefect hard cooked eggs with out the green around the yokes and easy peeling.

Cut in half.
Just use a steam basket in the bottom of the pot to keep the eggs out of the 1 1/2 c of water.
Get a pile of peeled eggs in a hurry.
Into used jars of pickle juice for pickled eggs.
