    Instapot hard cooked eggs.

    2 dozen large eggs 1 1/2 c water and 7 mins till you have prefect hard cooked eggs with out the green around the yokes and easy peeling.

    Just use a steam basket in the bottom of the pot to keep the eggs out of the 1 1/2 c of water.

    In my experience eggs need some age before they peel well. Fresh from the hen they don't peel worth dididle. Processed and sold through a grocery store they are old enough to peel properly. Does your process speed the ageing ?

    You can get them from under the hen. Process in the instapot and they will peel like an egg that’s a month or older. Most of the time peels two half of the shell just slips off.
