    Reloader 19 & 348 Winchester

I have a large amount of 250 gr. cast 348 bullets & Reloader 19. Looking for a load that would give about 1900 fps. in a Browing Model 71 carbine. Any thoughts on this.

Reloader 19 is probably too slow for what you are asking for. I have had my best results with Winchester 760/H414 at higher velocities, but for what you are seeking I think I might try the old standby, IMR 4895 say 40 to 45 grains, or RL 7 down around 30-35 grains, laddering up and looking for accuracy.

I have used Varget, IMR 4320 (one of the few cartridges where 4320 has worked well, though not so much with cast, for me), The afore-mentioned WW-760, Reloader 7 and Red Dot in loading lead boolits. I also used some IMR 4350, but with jacketed, at substantially higher velocities. I have more or less settled on H414/WW760 as it seems to give me the best groups.

Not what you asked for, but a 358-429 sized .350 over 13 grains of red dot makes for an accurate, light-recoiling load. Those are the two boolits at the left above. The only down side is they hit really low.
