While my load isn't using an own-swaged bullet, my load for a 55 gr soft point is 23.5 grains of AR-Comp. That is my favorite powder for .223, .204 and neck/neck for 22-250.
Call the powder manufacturer, and ask them for load data. That's the best way to avoid issues with pressures.
For phone inquiries, an Alliant Powder representative will be available to answer your calls between 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. CT Monday through Friday (800) 379-1732
