    Question Where can I find a good used Star Lube Sizer??

    I just joined the site (paying member and hope I did that right?) anyone know where I might find a good used or refurbished one??

    Welcome, please do read the general rules. Star sizer are not cheap or common on the used market. But, they are worth tracking down. I have a fairly old one and doubt I will part with it until I can no longer make bullets. My daughter actually is trying to learn casting and loading so it may not go anywhere.

    There is a forum for Star and it has a For Sale topic. There is always fleabay and Craigslist but they scarce. Those that have them don' want to get rid of them.

    I searched for a star lubesizer in good shape ' at a reasonable to me price ' for several months before just giving up and ordering a new magma . I haven't regretted the purchase !

    Check adhuntr or all of Craigslist. Deals are out there. Mine came from across the continent at a pawn shop. Came with 7-8 dies, bullet feeder, air assist and lube heater for $180 iirc. Only caveat is the pawn shop would not ship it, I found a member here that agreed to pick it up and shop it to me for one of the dies. Great big thanks to you if you read this btw.

    Join a facebook Star group. I've gotten two really clean ones off there for 200 each. They don't come along all the time, but they do come along.
