    Mould protection

Noticed that some of my prescriptions come with a small dessicant pack included. They are the perfect size to fit into my reloading die boxes to help keep moisture from rusting the dies.

I use small desiccant packs myself. Mine come from boxes the company reuses. I also use remoil.

I've considered the same; I guess at a certain age, pills of various sorts become a common theme. I wonder if they are rechargeable by heating like the big silica dessicant packs I have.

I get desiccant packs from work. I want to try VCI paper.

Best method I’ve ever found with no fuss no muss regardless where or how you store your moulds. After casting with said mould and while it’s hot melt Canning wax all over the mould,it will get into every nook and cranny. Let cool store as you wish, perfectly sealed. I preheat my moulds and it makes a little less smoke than fluxing.

I would guess there is a limit to how many times before the paper gives up. I wouldn't try to recharge the little plastic capsules. I get those same little packets and capsules from my pharmacist son, so I just throw the old ones away. He has a large package waiting for me now.
