Unknown and how many firings the brass is spotless it looks like it's been pin And water tumbled. For $16 how can you go wrong

First of all, there is no rule here that says first take it gets it.

"I’ll take it" - There is no "I’ll take it" rule. It is at the sellers discretion whom they sell to.
