    Looks just like the Lee Ram Prime that came with one of my Lee Hand Press Kits . Product No. 90106
    There are two parts to it , the part in your hand is the punch holder with one primer seating punch (there should be two, one large and one small) there is another part called the shell holder adapter that is required to make the unit work .
    I rather like how simple and easy it is to prime with it installed on the Hand Press ...if anyone is having hand issues or their old hand priming tool is wearing out you may want to look at this set up .

    Thank You, i thought it was an antique. I never had a Lee press. I RCBS, Bonanza, Star and an old Dillon 450 press.
