    Good afternoon
These three Dan Wessons are what we call "Switch Caliber" or "Hybreds". Each frame has two possible calibers to change to.
On top are the Supermags. Installed is the .414 SM and just below is the barrel /cylinder for the .375 SM conversion.
Middle is a large frame DW. Installed is the .45 Colt with the barrel / cylinder for the .44 Magnum.
Bottom is the small frame DW. Installed is the .32-20 with the barrel / cylinder for the .357 Magnum.

Each different caliber can be changed over in about than 15 minutes. Each different caliber uses the same barrel "shroud" for each frame size as the swap barrels are the same length.

May yet add a .445 Supermag unit to the top DW frame (upper). Have also considered a .41 Colt for the small DW frame (lower).

In regards to shooting safety.Until you are ready to fire, keep your booger hook off the bang switch.

Nothing exciting here except for my .45-70 compact BFR pistol. People tend to move quite a ways off from me when I go to fire it. Yes it has some serious recoil too. The muzzle blast will shake stuff off of the Ramada overhead too.

    Trooper MkIII

Needing/Wanting a .357 Mag I stopped by Scheels and took home a nice Blackhawk, 4-5/8" barrel. Walking through the store 4 days later there is this very nice Colt. So nice I don't want to shoot it.
Scheels told me to run home and get the Ruger, they would treat it as a returned item and I could have the Colt.

    I did, and they did.
