    I had a similar problem in 9mm on a D550 press. I polished the case expander/powder funnel interior with wet/dry 120-800 and a final polish with some metal polish and no problems since.

    I have thought of installing a vibratory motor with a micro switch as mention above with https://www.allelectronics.com/item/...g-motor/1.html, but; the problem has been mute since.

    I had the same problem with Unique in my 32-20. I checked my five measures and it bridged in all of them. I bought an old Belding and Mull off eBay years ago and have used that for all my rifle loading since. As long as I pay attention to the level in the measure the most variation I've gotten from that measure is .5gr. That's with the old 4831, 4350, and other long powders, as well a Unique.
