Ha, ha! I told someone else that's just what I look like when I'm trying to see my front sight without my reading glasses!

This course is one of the best yet! Add some barricade shooting and I do believe it would be perfect.
And Howard, that's pretty good shooting.
    But did I miss #12?

You must have. I shot that one with a Glock, so I didn't post a link here. It seemed a little out of place in this forum. Here's a link:

Yes, I'm interested in the top 5 US courses. I have been to some shoots with the AZ DPS previously and can say that in training, they are trained to shoot from cover. I'm enjoying the videos too, thanks for sharing. Nice shooting with an old classic, love the revolvers.

I like these videos, they need to be categorized in one area for easy access.

Howard, Really liked the course.....Still shoot my 27 and 29 on occasion as I prefer the N frame over the K frame. It was a stroll down memory lane. I especially remember the transition from bandoleer to speed loaders. The wheel gun will never go out of favor except for those that need to carry 15 to 17 rounds.

Keep those videos coming and I agree that we need to be organized so that they can be watched over and over again!
When guns are outlawed only criminals and the government will have them and at that time I will see very little difference in either!

There is just something about shooting the old wheelies from a leather holster. It reminds me of a time when Police Officers were friends to the people in their communities and kids wanted to grow up to be cops. I remember being such a kid back in the days when everyone seemed to be patriotic; no one in our government would dream of calling themselves a "socialist"; and there were only two sexes. I so miss the country I grew up in.

    Good morning,

We shoot a revolver match after we are done our regular Bullseye match.
We realized we all had revolvers sitting in our safes that weren’t being used. So we decided to use the standard NRA calls for a fun revolver match. We use the standard Silhouette that’s in this video. All that mattered was it wasn’t a round black target and it had 2 different scoring areas, center of mass and head, as with this this target.
10 minutes 10 shots 50ft. Center of mass. Move target to 30ft. 2 series of 5 shots 20 seconds each center of mass. Move target to 10ft. 2 series of 5 shots 10 seconds each.
It sounds easy but as we found out...We all kinda forgot how to shoot a revolver!! We have been shooting it for close to 6 months now and we still haven’t scored a “perfect” target yet. Lots of 280 plus scores even several 290’s.
The one thing we did get was our revolvers back “On the Line” and being used again!!

Thanks for posting the video and showing all the different firearms going through the qualification courses.

    Have a fantastic week!!
