6.8 spc find----or at least I thought so:(

Found what I thought was 6.8 spc brass, so I picked it up. Turns out it was re-formed 30 Rem. brass. Heck, I rather have had the untouched 30 rem brass. Live and learn. Should have paid closer attention to the brass. Also though I had picked up some 7.65 Argentine brass, but turned out to be re-formed 30-06. At least I go some decent x39 brass

Some days you just don't know what you gonna get off the range floor .

I picked up a bunch of what I thought were 38 Special cases , not looking at them too closely in the dimly lit indoor range . Got home and they just didn't look quite right...
Each one is REM-UMC head stamped 38 AMU .
If I ever get a 38 AMU ...I got a few brass cases to reload for it .

6.8spc everything there ever was to know or want in 6.8 .
A lot of those guys buy ammo shoot it up and sell the brass to reduce their cost .

Hey - if you guys are talking about .30 Rem rimless - as in, the "orphaned ammo" set from the original Remington Rimless lineup .25/.30/.32/.35 Rem, where do you get your .30 Rem cases?

OTOH, if you are talking about the "modern" .30 Rem AR, never mind.

Enjoyed reading this thread - got me thinking about buying another upper in 6.8 SPC once more!

    Hello Adam Lee,

I believe Graf & Sons have .30 Rem and .32 Rem available.

    Hope this helps, AntiqueSledMan.
