Thumbs up I like garlic ... do you?

The recipe calls for "One medium onion and 4 cloves of garlic" ... OK ... I've got no problem with that!

I like garlic in suitable recipes and always have. My wife has been growing "Elephant Garlic" in our back garden for several years now and then slices them up and dries them in her dehydrator for later use in soups and stews, etc. Anyone else do the same?

I may have passed my "Best Before" date, but I haven't reached my "Expiry" date!

It should be it's own food group and required with every meal.

I love garlic, but it'll make you stink like a goat if you eat enough of it.

I just made garlic and cheese biscuits with some country ham for dinner. Good timing! Kinda small on purpose, I like a little crust. Uh, there were a couple more rows and 2 pieces of ham....must have a rat!Click image for larger version.

I've heard its a natural bug repellent.

When my sister & BIL were stationed in the Carolinas, they'd eat a bunch of it before a weekend camping trip
and they claimed it kept the mosquitos and flies from biting.

Been growing it for years. So much better than store bought when it’s fresh.

I like cooking almost as much as I like reloading. I would have a hard time living without garlic and Unique.

I love me some garlic--there's not a lot I don't add it to. When we have crawfish boils, I have net bags that I put about 5 garlic bulbs and 5 large onions (each cut in half) for each pot. After dumping the crawfish I fish out the bags and eat the contents.

I don't fool around chopping up cloves when I can buy it in the jar. It tastes the same with less fuss and mess.

When my wife was pregnant... garlic was almost a meal. I would pull in the driveway after work and could smell the garlic 60 feet from the house. Good think I love it!

I love garlic. I can eat it everyday on just about any meal.
You can miss fast & you can miss a lot, but only hits count.
