    A very "special" 44 Special

We all during our life time aquire a rifle for sentimental reasons. I lost a good friend (aka 'Slim Chance') at this time 15 years ago, and I managed to buy his prized '92 Winchester that was his pride and joy, from his estate.

Completely rebuilt to 44 Special, bore lined, full magazine that holds 14 and color case hardened action and lever. Truly, a one of a kind.

44 Special and 44 Magnum rounds

Hold Still Varmint; while I plugs Yer!

You are truly lucky.....you now have a visible connection to your friend that will bring back good memories flooding unto you as you use it....

That's one gorgeous shooting iron. It is nice to have something like that to remember a friend. Congrats.

Wow, that is beautiful and in my all time favorite caliber: 44 Special. It simply does not get any better. Thank you for sharing it.

I see a lot of merit in a 44 spl or 38 spl. Your friend had good taste in firearms.
