What Glue used On The Front Sight Charter Arms Pathfinder

I have had two and the sight just fell off on both. Luckily I found both.
Anyone have an idea what glue they used?

Two remarks.... First I'd try ringing Charter Arms Customer Service -- their manager is named Donna Lucarelli (sp?) who can be reached at 1- (866)-769-4867 . I had a Bulldog, and they were incredibly user-friendly and supportive. Worth the call!
Secondly, should you not have success, I might suggest an incredible glue called Bondic. It is a clear liquid which stays liquid "forever" -- until you shine the provided ultra-violet light on it, when it almost instantly turns rock hard! Similar to the stuff my dentist uses . Amazon purveys it, and a URL is: https://www.amazon.com/Bondic-BONDIN...gateway&sr=8-4
Two notes re Bondic is to buy THIS product, if you choose, NOT a cheaper knock-off -- well worth the two or three dollar price difference, imho. And, the HARD part in using it is to apply the littlest amount you can; shine the UV light on it; and repeat many, many times.
Most sights are affixed with silver solder, or are in milled dovetails and or are pinned. For the cost of Bondic -- if it were my firearm -- that's what I'd try first. (Unless you 'score' directly with Charter Arms -- which I hope you will!)

I would find a better glue than they used.

Try Brownells acra glass formula type.

Should you "strike out" with CA. Try Marine Tex (get the small size @ your local marine dealer...….it ain't cheap). I use it for all serious jobs. The inner fender to the outer fender on my motorcycle is secured with this stuff...…….it's a vibrating 500 single. I have an on-line buddy that builds drag bikes & he uses it for serious applications.

The price is a bargain: you'll recognize this after you use it & will use it for many applications thereafter.
