    7.5 Swiss in Martini

    Hi,
I'm guessing a lot of folks load cast boolits in 7.5 Swiss. But, usually that seems to be for the straight-pulls like K-31, 1911, 1896/11, etc.
I have a Martini action target rifle that is chambered and proofed for the GP11 load.
It's exactly like the famous Hämmerli Martinis that the U.S. military team used in the 1920s, except for the chambering (those being in 30-06).
Being that it's not magazine fed, amongst other things, I guess that opens up my options.
    Any ideas?
I see NOE offers a 30 cal mold intended for the short throat in the K31.

I kind of like the idea of not using a gas check, in keeping with schuetzen spirit.
But, I don't rule out a gas check categorically.

    Thanks,
    Jim

You might be able to get NOE to make that mold without a GC. I have that mold but not the rifle anymore so if you are interested in a GC Mold PM me.
