    Wc820 in 3006

    Anyone messing around with it in 3006. I was thinking of trying in my 03 and maybe in my swedish mauser.

    Emptyhead, You can use it in both the 6.5 Swede and the '06, but in different amounts and with no fillers. For the Swede, try 14gr. with 130-145gr. CB's. For the '06 with CB's between 170 and 210gr., I use 18.5gr. For 165-185gr. CB's in the '06 you can carefully work up to 21.5gr. Btw, you can use a pistol powder measure to the WC 820, but only after you've carefully determined how much powder a given rotor throws. Trust me, you don't want to be "empty headed" about this or with WC 820!

    Thanks for the advice. I figued now that I have about 8 lbs it be nice to use it in something besides the 357.
