Thread: RCBS Green Machine

    RCBS Green Machine

After researching for quite some time I finally decided to get one. Tonight, all but a few "custom parts on order", I finally finished enough to demonstrate.

Machine now feeds 44-40, 44 Magnum and 45 Colt.

Nice Jack! Your going to get a lemon to work like a peach.
I bought a new one back in '86, in 45ACP. I still use it, but gave up on the primer system shortly after purchase. I prefer to use a bench mounted primer anyway. I still use mine and if you are patient and go slow they make very nice ammo.

Nice work Jack...it's good to see another old girl stomping out good ammo.

Like Hunter...I bring pre-primed brass to mine rather than wrestle with it on the press...loading ammo should be a pleasurable hobby.

If you ever break your inertia puller...you can fashion a nice 'T' handle from what's left to replace that black ball, it's comfy to use this way...

    Nice guys!!!

    Lets keep'em going.

I am getting some primer tubes that will fit in the primer slot. I see several folks doing that with these.
I am certainly never in a hurry but should certainly be faster with the primer tubes.

Here is my youtube playlist that somewhat shows my ignorance and progress!!
