Redfield Swing Over / Quick Change Scope Mount and Rings

    Good Morning
First thank you to each member here who has helped in finding a "swing over" scope mount for our river bottoms Marlin 336 chambered in 414 Supermag…. a JES Rebore of a rusty bore Glenfield.
In this journey I purchased a Redfield 336 Swing Over scope mount. Then started looking for S/O scope rings. No such item listed anywhere. Then our member here jeffs4wheeler pointed my attention to the "quick Change Rings" at that other place we do not refer to. There I came across a 1967 Redfield Scope Mount add that shows A Swing over scope mount. In the description of that scope mount it states "rugged, one piece, two position, quick change, precision made".
Bingo ! Just need to search diligently to figure stuff out.
So if you ever need to know... The Redfield Swing Over Mount and Rings is the same critter as the later called Quick Change Scope Mount and Rings.
Thank you everyone for your kind help.

Great, I am glad that turned out well. I was wondering what happened.

Like many things in life.. I need all the help I can get. Can never know everything. But where there are many minds involved there can be found wisdom.
Have you every did a write up on a few of the old collector type tools you have ? Off and on I see some here and there. It is a very interesting hobby we have that continues to grow in good ideas and hardware.
