    MP 452423 225 gr. hollow points in 45 ACP?

    Several years ago there was a group buy for this mold. I see the boolits are available now from a supplier. Thinking about buying some and trying them in 45 ACP. In the past I loaded the flat nose 452423 in a semi-auto pistol and they worked fine. Just wondering if anyone has tried the hollow point version and what powers work best. In my youth I used Unique for full power loads in 45 ACP, but there are so many more and newer powders available. I would enjoy hearing about any experiences using this boolit. Thanks.

    I've loaded it over Unique, 700x, Green Dot, 10B101 and I don't remember what all else. It has worked well at low, medium, and full powder levels. Good bullet.
