I'm mostly a Walnut Hill enthusiast with a bunch of RCE swage sets but over the years I've picked up a few CH4D sets as well. Here I have some 312's in various weights (80,85,88) using RCE 0.47" jackets. I have used my RCE 312 core seat die then move to the Lee classic cast to point form them in the CH4D 312 point form. These will be adequate for shooting in a CZ52

I still can't believe that no one makes a commercial .312 100 grain or bigger jacketed soft point bullet for reloading the 327 fed mag.
My hat is off to those of you that can afford the tooling to make bullets.

A home made die that uses a commonly available .308 bullet to start with might be the answer to your need.

The die should have a round hole through it .312dia. It should be cylindrical, so the out side can be threaded, a pair of nuts can be used for depth adjustment.
A punch could be made from a bolt turned down to .312, the end of your punch will form your point.

Lube a bullet, set it on a hard, flat surface. Place the die over the bullet, put the punch in the die, smack it with a hammer, adjust the nuts for depth until the bullet swells out to .312

That's a really neat idea. I'm wondering though, would it affect the internal structure if tbe bullet?

I had a similar idea, but I think expansion would be a problem. Most 30 caliber bullets are made for expansion above 2000 fps at impact. Home made bullets are great, but what the 327 federal cartridge desperately needs is two things. One is a cheap practice factory load. Even if it's 32 S&W long, 32 H&R, or just reduced 327 federal. The other is a factory hunting load, something on the order of a 135 grain JHP. A 135 grain JHP as a component bullet would be icing on the cake.

I would not use any of them myself, but I truly believe that is what it will take for the 327 federal cartridge to become a mainstay for decades to come. Americans have proven time and time again, #1 they are cheap, and #2 it must be good for deer huntin'.
