My oldest son works for a sausage company here that makes a contract run of this sausage once a year. It's not sold anywhere near here, but the employees buy the over run, and boy do they go crazy over it. He shared some with me, and I must say, it's fine eating!
I've read some post about Hatch peppers on here, now I know why there special! Isn't regional food great!
