OK, there is something seriously wrong with this picture, when you have three and I have none.

I have to admit the three of them make a nice set, congratulations on your triplets .

    Question:
I am confused on how the turret can rotate when it has the 2 vertical rods/guide-bars+nuts going through the 2 holes on the turret.
Obviously I am missing something basic here.
    Please advise

Those are "swaging" bars. They are meant to be used to stiffen the turret and eliminate flex when swaging or resizing large cases.

So in normal operation, e.g. reloading pistol brass, those swaging bars are removed so that the turret can be easily rotated to the next die?

Yes, they use two die stations. For 99% of reloading they will never be used. Actually they are a nice find as they often get tossed aside when it came time to sell the press.

I have 0 experience with Hollywood equipment but that is an impressive trio .
I don’t know if I have enough dies to fill up 3 of those

Wasn't aware the high demand Super has an cast aluminum body. Seems to defeat the swaging aspect, in terms of strength. I'll stick with my all steel Senior turret.
